I have also served as a volunteer judge and panel arbitrator with the San Diego Superior Court, and a San Diego County Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitrator. I was the president of the San Diego Chapter of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.

I am currently a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and mediator and arbitrator for the UFC workers’ Union.

I have also lectured on deposition techniques, cross-examination and Qualified Medical Examiner reporting.
